(1) Discovery of antibacterial peptide bioactive substances of lactic acid bacteria and research on gene expression system;
(2) Environmental stress mechanism, biofilm formation and control of food-borne pathogens;
(3) Development of rapid detection technology for pathogenic bacteria.
