2012-2016年，江南大学，食品学院，食品科学与工程，博士学位。

2009-2012年，江苏大学，食品与生物工程学院，食品工程，硕士学位；

2005-2009年，河南农业大学，食品科学技术学院，食品科学与工程，学士学位；

2016年至今，南京财经大学，食品科学与工程学院，讲师；

教学工作：

主要讲授《生物化学》、《生物化学实验》、《食品营养学》和《食品安全评价》等课程。

主持（完成）校级高教研究课题1项、校级教学改革项目1项，发表教研论文2篇。

参与《生物化学》和《食品营养学》在线课程建设工作。

研究领域及方向：

研究方向为食品微生物学、粮食提取物及肠道菌群。目前开展的工作主要为：乳酸菌对肠道菌群的调节及作用机制，粮食作物提取物等功能性食品的营养评价。
