Research directions

Development and application of the agricultural products processing technology, product research and development, focuses on the quality and safety of food chemistry and green chemistry technology, innovation and application of food analysis method, the development of fruit and fruit and vegetable storage and products, extraction, development and utilization of natural products, functional material and the liquid phase separation mechanism of ionic liquid.
