教育工作经历

2010-2016年,江南大学,食品学院,食品科学与工程专业,博士学位;

2005-2009年,东北农业大学,食品学院,食品质量与安全专业,学士学位;

2016年至今,南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,讲师;

2019年至今,科技部引智司,挂职;

教学工作

主讲课程《食品化学》、《食品营养学》、《食品分析》

研究领域及方向

主要研究方向为:食品中重金属的检测,土壤-粮食元素迁移规律研究,食品质量安全检测分析,现阶段主要围绕国家粮食行业重大需求,以粮食质量安全为向导,开展研究重金属抗体制备与快速检测技术的研究,重金属的提取与毒素的快速检测技术等研究,实现粮食收储运过程的质量安全把控。
