王光宇,博士,副教授,硕导,粮食工程系主任

江苏省青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师,南京财经大学学科领军人才

毕业于南京农业大学国家肉品质量安全控制工程技术研究中心,长期致力于食品安全与质量控制研究,聚焦肉品和粮食腐败霉变机制、功能性菌种资源挖掘与利用、绿色保鲜技术开发。主持或参与国家自然科学基金等国家、省部级项目9项;以第一或通讯作者在Food Microbiology, Food Research International, Food Control等杂志发表SCI论文20余篇,在《中国农业科学》等杂志发表中文核心期刊论文4篇;申请国家发明专利2项,美国发明专利1项;获中国粮油学会科学技术一等奖。
