2008.09-2012.06，西农农林科技大学，食品科学与工程专业，工学学士学位。

工作经历：

2019.11-至今，南京财经大学，食品科学与工程学院，讲师、副教授；

2024.10-2025.10，美国北卡罗莱纳大学教堂山分校，访问学者；

2017.07-2019.10，中国科学院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所，助理研究员。

研究领域及成果：

主要研究领域为食品资源开发利用、生物大分子自组装及应用。主持或参与国家自然科学基金等国家、省部级项目9项，相关论文发表在ACS Nano, Angewandte Chemie International Edition，科学通报等国内外杂志。

教学工作：

主讲《物理化学》 《天然产物化学》等本科生及研究生课程。
