2012-2015年,上海海洋大学,上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所联合培养,食品科学与工程专业,硕士学位;
2008-2012年,青岛农业大学,食品科学与工程学院,食品科学与工程专业,学士学位;
2019年12月至今,南京财经大学食品科学与工程学院,讲师、副教授;
2022年4月-2023年4月,香港中文大学,访问学者;
2015年8月-2016年5月,上海市农业科学院食用菌研究所,研究助理。

主讲《食品营养与卫生学》、《健康的食尚》等课程
研究领域及方向:
(1)天然活性物质提取及生物活性分析;
(2)天然活性物质与胃肠道菌群互作;
(3)功能性食品研究与开发。
