2023.9-至今,南京财经大学,食品科学与工程学院,讲师。

研究方向:

1.益生菌调控机体健康的机制挖掘;

2.膳食模式经由生物节律改善代谢的分子机制。

1. 基于AhR/BMAL1途径的罗伊氏乳杆菌调控肠黏液层节律性的作用机制研究,国家自然科学基金青年项目(32202001),2023/01/012025/12/3130万元,主持;

2. FGF21-线粒体生物合成途径介导蛋氨酸限食改善阿尔兹海默病突触可塑性损伤的机制研究, 国家自然科学基金面上项目(81871118, 2019/01/01 2022/12/31, 60万元, 结题,参与。
